The hit holiday show New Jew Revue returns with their fourth annual performance featuring emerging and established stand-up comics.  This year's "stellar lineup.." says NJR producer and comic Sam Arno features Debbie Campo, Sam Arno, Melissa Gans, Jerry Goldstone, Norm Goldblatt, Nato Green, Moshe Kasher, David Kleinberg and Alex Koll.  Bring your friends and greet the holidays with some humor!

The comedy of San Francisco native NATO GREEN is bookish, left-wing, urban, and Jewy. He's a relative newcomer to the local comedy scene, but has launched an SF comedy sensation in Iron Comic, his Iron Chef spoofing game show, profiled in the San Francisco Chronicle. In addition to Iron Comic, he recently launched the political comedy show Laughing Liberally-San Francisco, and hosts and performs regularly around the Bay Area.

NORM GOLDBLATT has been a contributor to The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. His quips were quoted regularly by the late, great San Francisco Chronicle columnist, Herb Caen. His material touches on everything from current events to the world of Science. He appears at corporate events and in all the major clubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Rooster T Feathers, Cobbs, and the Improv.   Norm, an ex-college professor and engineer, interacts with his audience as any  inspired teacher would, always challenging them to delight in the world as seen through his eyes, and most important, to think.

MOSHE KASHER is one of the hottest young comics in what has been called a new wave of bay area comedy. He is original, brash and smart combining energetic performance with viciously funny writing. As a native of Oakland, California he has a decidedly urban observation on the world around him. This led him to perform at Jamie Foxx's International Urban comedy festival Laffapalooza. While the urban perspective is a definitive factor of his comedy, it never gets in the way of smart, sophisticated material. His comedy lives somewhere on the edge of the streets and the cerebral. In 2005 he and his sketch troupe Boomtime were asked to headline the San Francisco Sketch festival. That marked two major comedy festivals in two years. He has also worked with the best in the business including Dave Chappelle, Colin Quinn, Patton Oswalt, Dave Foley of Kids in the Hall and many more. In addition to stand up comedy, Moshe is a published playwright and has had his monologues performed at festivals around the country.

Born hard-of-hearing and opinionated, MELISSA GANS loves to share funny stories about her life to friends, family and most notably, people in elevators or the express line. Smart, passionate and often sarcastic, Melissa likes to play with words, beliefs, people and golden retrievers.  A Bay Area native, she?s hosted, produced and performed in several local comedy shows, including ?Five Funny Females," ?Comedy at Caffe Sapore" and "The Stand Up Project."  Trained at the San Francisco Comedy College, Melissa regularly appears at clubs, benefit shows, private parties and theaters around the Bay Area, including Cobb?s, the San Jose Improv and The Clubhouse. She?s also performed at Gotham Comedy Club, Carolines, Laughs Unlimited and the Comedy Store. Currently, she's producing a new show called "Naked Comedy!," at The Clubhouse in San Francisco.

ALEX KOLL is a comedian to the kind of person who likes Alex Koll. In a relatively short time, he has made a name for himself as the King of Import Racing three years running simply by writing "King of Import Racing" in every bathroom he lands in. For a while, he delivered wedding cakes in a Toyota that doubled as a home for an unemployed nuclear lab technician on the weekends.  He recently lost his voice, but got it back without even trying.

Born in Philadelphia, watching DEBBIE CAMPO perform is like being in the company of a good friend.  There is something hilariously familiar about her comedic point of view, as we look through her own lens at the chubby, Jewish, middle of three neurotic sisters, single mom who rates her lovers on a food scale.  ?If my mind doesn?t wander to the brownies waiting for me in the fridge??he?s a keeper!?  Debbie performs at venues all over the San Francisco Bay Area.  She is the creator and weekly host of the ?Comedy Slam at Sam?s? in Tiburon, California.  Her saucy, edgy sense of humor appeals to many audiences, treating the crowd like guests at her party.

A native of San Francisco, DAVID KLEINBERG has been doing stand-up comedy for five years. He just finished competing in the 2006 San Francisco Comedy Competition, has hosted at the Hilton Hotel in Reno (opening for "Last Comic Standing" Rob Cantrell) and headlined 15 show cases around the Bay Area. He has performed on the same stage with Dana Carvey, Leland Cotton Brown, Wesley Jackson and Arj Baker. He was the editor of the San Francisco Chronicle's Sunday entertainment magazine for 14 years. He has interviewed Richard Pryor, Robin Williams, Jim Carrey, Jay Leno and Mort Sahl.

JERRY GOLDSTONE, a native of San Francisco, first entertained professionally at the age of 12, performing magic shows for children?s birthday parties and appearing on local television. Since then he?s been an auctioneer, public speaker, emcee and stand up comic.  Jerry?s easygoing humor is at once intelligent and silly. He covers a wide array of topics - including dating, family, music, movies, growing up Jewish, and getting older. He performs all over the San Francisco Bay Area at nightclubs, comedy clubs, corporate events, private parties and fundraisers. Jerry is also an accomplished jazz and funk guitarist and a fixture on the Bay Area club scene for over 20 years. He often incorporates music into his comedy performances.

SAM ARNO offers the unique perspective of the typical French-Moroccan Jewish guy from Baltimore.  He is a master at twisting real-life experiences into the absurd.  A San Francisco-based comedian, he performs at major Bay Area clubs and was a regular performer at the Original Improv in New York City and a member of the renowned Improv Troupe Groundlings East.  Sam Arno has appeared on BET?s Coming to the Stage, and played a part in Woody Allen?s film, ?Annie Hall.?   Before moving to California, Sam had a comedy cable show in New York City.
